notjust will accept returns or exchange of its products within our returns policy below but we ask our customers to try to make the right product choice in the first place. Our size guide provides comprehensive measurements and each Christmas Jumper has a fit guide on its product page. 

The return process involves a long procedure that diminishes one of our main goals: to be as environmentally sustainable as possible. Repacking (more materials), redelivering another product (more emissions), and rewashing (more energy) are just a few of the negatives of the return process, preventing notjust from being as sustainable as possible. 



If you would like to return an item to us, it must be returned unworn and with all original packaging and tags attached within 14 days from delivery date (excluding sale items). All of our products will come wrapped in a thin protective bag, if this bag has been opened we are unable to accept a return as we can no longer guarantee that the product hasn’t been compromised. Should your order be returned intact we’ll offer you a full refund (minus the cost of shipping).
